How long does a typical service appointment at ShineArtisans take?At ShineArtisans, the duration of our service appointments varies depending on the specific service you select. For instance, our basic maintenance services, such as routine cleanings and quick touch-ups, typically take about 90-100 minutes to complete. For more precise time estimates, we encourage you to contact us directly or visit our shop. We're enthusiastic about providing excellent service and making sure your experience with ShineArtisans is exceptional!

How often will my car be cleaned on a Monthly Plan?The plan includes three maintenance cleaning per month. You can schedule your cleaning at a convenient time within the month.

Can I reschedule my appointment?Yes! You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without any penalty. However, last-minute cancellations or missed appointments will not be refunded.

How does payment work?Payments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month via your selected payment method. If a payment fails, we will notify you, and service may be paused until the payment is completed.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?Yes, you can cancel at any time by providing written notice. Your cancellation will take effect the following month, and no refunds will be issued for partial months.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?No, as long as we have access to your vehicle in a safe location, you do not need to be present. However, if your vehicle is in a secured area (e.g., a garage), arrangements must be made for access.
